High energy class designed to exercise your body, build self-confidence and have fun! Class will consist of warm up exercises to increase flexibility, alignment and posture. Focus on hip hop and jazz dance combinations, learning the latest and most popular movements. Dancers are encouraged to wear dance or exercise clothing.
